Questions Parents Ask

Real questions, real answers

If yours isn't here, call us. We answer every parent question that comes in.

Is this site air-conditioned?+
Indoor activity spaces at most of our sites are air-conditioned. We move groups indoors during heat advisories. Call us about your specific site if it matters for your child.
How many campers are typically on-site each week?+
It varies by week and location. Most sites run between 40 and 120 campers per week across all age groups, with small group sizes inside that total. Peak weeks (Weeks 2 to 6) run higher than book-end weeks.
What if my child has a food allergy?+
All sites are nut-free. We accommodate dairy, gluten, and other common allergens through the lunch program with advance notice. Medications are stored on-site and administered by trained staff.
Can my child stay with a friend or sibling?+
Yes. Note the request at registration and we will group them together where age and program allow. Siblings in different age brackets follow their own program but reunite for shared outdoor time and pickup.
What happens on rainy days?+
Programming continues indoors. Sites have indoor gyms, multipurpose rooms, and covered areas. Schedule adjusts but the camp day does not stop.
