The heart of Laurus is our Specific Training Activities (STAs). We are a kids learning camp that masterfully disguises education as fun.
We believe that every child deserves the chance to discover a real passion, not just pass the time. That's why campers in our Youth Program (Ages 5-11) choose a 75-minute specialty to focus on each day.
These aren't general activities. They are deep dives led by specialists in their field. It's the difference between "playing with blocks" and learning engineering in Robotics. It's the difference between "messing with chemicals" and understanding reactions in Science. It's the difference between "making a craft" and exploring technique in Dance or Arts.
This model empowers children, builds tangible skills, and sparks a genuine love of learning.

Our team is our "secret weapon." We are obsessed with finding the most energetic, passionate, and caring counsellors in Montreal. We maintain a high counsellor-to-camper ratio to ensure every child—from the most confident to the most reserved—feels seen, heard, and supported.
Our staff are more than supervisors; they are mentors, role models, and "fun-multipliers" who are trained to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels safe to be 100% themselves.
3. We Build a Path for Every Child
Laurus is not a "one-size-fits-all" experience. We have meticulously designed a pathway that grows with your child, supporting them at every stage of their development.
· Junior Program (Ages 3-4): A nurturing, gentle, and playful "first camp" experience that builds foundational skills and social confidence.
· Youth Program (Ages 5-11): The perfect blend of classic camp fun (team sports, arts, camp-wide games) and our skill-building STAs.
· Leadership (Ages 12-14) & C.I.T. (Age 15): These Montreal youth programs are our capstone. We mentor teens to become the next generation of leaders, building their confidence, sense of responsibility, and real-world skills.
